Motivation with Stewy Bryant

I made this motivational in light of a recent photo that appeared on Facebook of Stewy Bryant. Stewy Bryant is both famous and infamous in Australia and Japan for various reasons and is one of Australia’s most talented drivers. I felt this summed up his crazy driving style quite well.

This incident occurred at the Victorian Drift Club’s Drift Matsuri at Winton Motor Raceway in country Victoria.

Stewy described via Facebook him hitting the kerb at an estimated 170km/h at 90 degrees and it launching the car into the air and at the same time ripping off the wheel, breaking the HICAS and lower control arm, with some structural damage to the boot floor and strut tower.

At the time, Yoshi Abbey (President of the Victorian Drift Club) was in the car and was taken for a hell of ride! Yoshi’s comment on the moment it all went wrong was

“For 0.8 of a second I thought it was over and all I could think of was that I hadn’t had any fried chicken today”

I hope to feature more about Stewy, his crazy car and antics in the future, In the mean time, feel free to check his website out at
